... read more I've order a few times from this company and the tumblers were what I expected and I was very happy. This last order I received, the paper is sticking to the tumblers, which means that they are not fully cured. We do powder coating, so I know I need to bake them for a few minutes to fully cure and then they will be fine to use. When you order 4 boxes, that isn't all that much fun to do and adds quite a bit of time, which I'm not happy about. I was emailed asking about my order, so I explained what I just wrote above and the response was,

Hope you will find a solution soon.
I will not be ordering from this company again. That is not the kind of customer service I expect.

Anyway they’re for sublimation but I will be using them for uv-dtf. The biggest positive about these glasses were how clear they are. I ordered some off of Amazon just to sample something and in comparison the Amazon ones are so foggy!! 10/10 get your cups here.
