I have ordered 3 times now, and am very satisfied with the shipping time each being here within a week. The cost is great also! I only had a slight issue with a few of the boxes that the tumblers are packaged inbeing slightly damaged when they arrived and I know that’s happening during shipping so fed ex or UPS are being pretty rough when transferring not realizing that it’s damaging the boxes. Other than that slight issue I have to say the product , cost, and shipping time is amazing. Still giving a 5 star because the damage is happening after leaving the warehouse! Cups sublimate great, but would like a lower price and leave out the rubber bottoms, shrink wrap and replace metal straws with plastic. Cups are definitely nice though and shipping was very fast and appreciated.
