I have a box of 50 tumblers that I ordered over a week ago that is lost in transit with fedex. We are losing customers and sales and they refuse to resend the product for us to have in time. We are stuck hoping the first one arrives but it’s been 4 days since the first scheduled delivery date.

To anyone who see this comment, I understand she is angry , very emotional at the moment. the tracking No. is 284816548730 FedEx, I have to clarify that the package is not lost but delay,you can see from the screenshot. we received the order on 12th Oct. we arranged the shipping on 12th Oct. we use the 3rd party warehouse, the process time is 2 days, it is indeed that the warehouse is not flexible, but personally, I think it is understandable, they have their own procedure. for this order, if no delay on the FedEx, it will be delivered in time, to save the money, she did not choose the UPS Overnight Shipping method. To help her to solve this problem, we sent her more than 10 emails.
Her requirement is we send her another 50pcs by UPS Overnight without payment, we can’t do this.– it is easy to place another order, and reject the other package which is later to arrive?
Also she initiated a refund on Paypal this morning, we plan to refund her fully, we cover all of the extra costs involved including the send and return freight on one condition that she reject the package on the package on the way. To my surprise, she thinks this is “absolutely unacceptable”!! What do you think?
