    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

    If I could give these a -5 stars I would. I purchased 2 cases and on every one of them, the bottoms have either fallen out or come completely off. I contacted the company and was ridiculed. This is no way to treat a customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give them a -50 stars I would in a heart beat. When asking for a refund for a defective product, they told me I had to dispute it with my credit card instead of just issuing a credit. So now another company has to get involved.

      You are not honest, why you don’t say you printed all of them, and found them they were broken at the fair ? Your comment is very misleading to others. We are responsible for damages on transportion, before using them. But we are not responsible for used glass which is written on our refund policy page. I have to admit I am naive to ask you file a claim to hope to solve this case fairly, also expected you would tell the “truth”–file a claim for quality issue, but you claim for “Unauthorized transaction”.
