For Non Customization Product

• For no quality issue, and you need to return the goods, shipping Fees are Non Refundable.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• For Workmanship Defectives, Full Amount Refund Including the Freight.
• Guarantee refunding in 2 business days.
• The payment will be refunded into your PayPal account.

For Customized Product

• Shipping Fees are Non Refundable.
• Since your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, if you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, Non Refundable.
  If Order is cancelled before Production, Full Amount Refund.
• For Workmanship Defectives, Full Amount Refund Including the Freight.

• Due to fluctuating manufacturer costs, prices may change without notice.
• We recommends all drinkware and glassware items are hand washed. It is not recommended to wash such products in a dishwasher as it will promote fading, chipping, cracking and loss of the imprint. Restaurant grade mugs are dishwasher safe and do not chip easily.
• In all circumstances, maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. we will not, under any circumstance, be held liable for any claim or action that exceeds this liability limit. we will not be liable for any third-party claims for damages against the customer, nor for malfunction of product, cause of delays, interruption of service, or loss of business.
• Shipping time: based on history order records, max order processing time is 2 days, average shipping time is 4 days. We are not responsible for the delay on the express carrier which is out of control.
